Pat Arslanian - Daughter in Law says:
"Sark is an example of being a survivor rather than a victim. His parents were both dead by the time he was 13, he was running the streets with no interest in school, when someone gave him a helping hand. He has been fired twice, but each time he has picked himself up, and charged ahead. He has provided and secured a quality of life for his family by building several successful businesses, and real estate investing. He knows the value of personal determination, but also the need for a "helping hand" in any endeavor. He has spent his lifetime providing it for others. Coach Sark truly epitomizes what Eagle Ranch is all about!"
Coach Sark says - "If you are standing tall today, it is probably because someone gave you a helping hand. I am forever indebted to "Coach" Payne for doing it for me. Who is your "Coach" Payne, and what have you done TODAY to return the favor?"
