- MA degree, Public Administration - Utah State University
- Related Experience - Snow College (1975 - 82) - Director of Student Housing, Director of Youth Programs, Assistant Director of Youth Corp Camp, Started and ran the Snow College Job Corp Program.
Responsibilities with Eagle Ranch Academy - Executive Director: Administration & Support - hire and train administrative and support staff (food service, maintenance, facility care), admissions, budget, facilities, equipment, etc.
