The ERA Campus (the Residential School Campus) is located on 2½ acres in St. George, Utah. It is a modern campus with over 17,000 square feet of building facilities consisting of an Administrative/Counseling/Medical/Cafeteria building, an Academic/Computer Lab/Life Skills building, and 3 separate Cottages for Student Living Quarters. The Campus was developed, built, and owned by the Woodbury Corporation, specifically for the State of Utah as a Youth Residential Alcohol & Drug Rehabilitation Program.
ERA purchased the property, and with minor renovations created a state of the art Residential Youth Development School.
ERA utilizes the "Fitness of the Whole" approach with mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual training for all Students. Modern facilities are available on Campus, while the Ranch also plays an important role in this approach.

The current owners (DI Ranch LLC) bought the property from Hyrum Smith (owner/founder of Franklin Planners), who built a beautiful 4000 Sq. Ft. Lodge that will house Eagle Ranch Academy Students when they are on the Ranch for work projects, special overnight Group Therapy sessions, or "Reward Trips" for fun and relaxation for deserving Students.
The Lake is only ¼ mile from the Lodge, and is used for BBQs, camping, swimming, kayaking, and rafting as Students qualify for participation in these activities.
